Mark Francis is one of the most prolific songwriters and producers in the Kansas City area. Born in Belton Missouri to a first-generation Taiwanese mother, he drew an early connection to music listening to Teresa Teng on repeat around the home. Francis played in several metal bands throughout high school, but eventually grew to love synth-pop and wholesale music production.
